Updated 11/9/2020–The pizza game is strong in Waukesha. Whether you like thick or thin crust, traditional or crazy toppings, there is a pizza place for you. Sure Waukesha has the national chains, but when you have so many great pizza places, why go there? I first learned of Scrima’s Pizza when Woodman’s opened in Waukesha. They have an area past the produce section and off the meat department where they make pizzas–take-and-bake and by the slice. They also have rotisserie chickens but that’s another post.
