Overheard – Vol. 1
I have been considering making this another tab on my site for quite some time and tonight is going to be the first entry. I overhear a lot of fun stuff where I live with retail places and a bar very near. Tonight, I was provided the perfect example.
What sounded like four grown men leaving a drinking establishment around 11 pm and walking to their respective vehicles and each let out extremely childish yelps of terror when lightning flashed across the sky. It didn’t touch down nearby and no thunder followed.
One guy tried to call the others out on it and that started a yelling match to obviously prove they are macho and tough guys and that they didn’t scream.
Don’t worry boys, I don’t think any ladies heard you….except just about anyone within 3 blocks! Man those were high pitched squeals!
